lift him up, open his door, and let

your heart be your judge!"

Method of work

“The legal and economic benefits for a client are closely interrelated and both are equally important in our line of work.”

The Law Firm Vajda is organized in a manner that allows it to operate throughout the entire territory of the Republic of Slovenia as well as being a universal law firm that operates in all areas of law.

The Law Firm Vajda also deals with legal cases with international elements, whereby we try to find the optimal availability of legal advice and representation abroad for our clients (countries of the European Union, especially Croatia, Austria, Germany, France, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria, as well as Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia).

The lawyer and their colleagues review the cases together and then share their expert opinions and views about them. Furthermore, they make simulations of individual cases in order to place themselves in the role of the opposing parties and the court or in the role of any other parties that may have a potential impact on a specific matter.

According to this method of work, a variety of professional legal bases for a decision to be made are available to the client and an economic analysis of the cases is made.

We strive to provide our clients with professional legal advice and representation so that they can effectively exercise their rights or enable them to fulfil their obligations in the most advantageous manner.

The client must have a direct or indirect economic benefit and satisfaction from the lawyer’s legal work, which is an important work principle in the law firm.

The legal and economic benefits for a client are closely interrelated and both are equally important in our line of work.
