Attorney at Law Milan Vajda has license no. L16 from the Ministry of Justice to act as a trustee in all insolvency proceedings in The Republic of Slovenia and is a member of the Chamber of Receivers of The Republic of Slovenia

He passed the trustee proficiency examination in 2000 during the first prescribed examination period by the Ministry of Justice and since then has been dealing with all insolvency proceedings, such as: (bankruptcy proceedings, composition proceedings, voluntary liquidation proceedings and personal bankruptcy proceedings)
