The relationship between the client and the lawyer is based on mutual trust, respect and great mutual solidarity.

As a rule, a good lawyer rule should not be sued and they themselves should not sue anyone.

The lawyer and the client must be friendly to each other and all mutual matters must be taken care of in a peaceful and consensual manner.

DISCRETION

All relationships between a lawyer and a client are subject to a high degree of discretion and the careful protection of all the circumstances relating to the client’s case.

The lawyer shall protect everything they learn about their client’s case or any other circumstances that are associated with their client, with the utmost degree of professional care possible.

The lawyer shall permanently archive the documents relating to the client’s affairs and respect the client’s interests and privacy.
